  17. DefaultIcon works only with Kickstart 2.0 and above. If you run it under
  18. Kickstart 1.3, it will return immediately.

  20. USAGE
  21. -----

  23. Place one or more icons on "DefaultIcon"'s icon.
  24.  
  25. If the icons are "fake icons", they are converted to real icons. This means
  26. that you can snapshot them, and that they appear also on Workbench 1.3.
  27.  
  28. If the icons are "real icons" they will be replaced with your defaults.
  29.  
  30. In both cases the new icons will have the image, default tool and tooltypes
  31. of your default icon for that type of project.  The type of project
  32. is determined by the Project's name and/or file contents.  You can add
  33. to the rules for determining the project type.
  34.  
  35. The icon's images will be set to the default image of their class (disk,
  36. drawer, tool, or user-defined classes).
  37.  
  38. Tips:  - You can use this feature to convert the 1.3-look drawer icons to
  39.          the new 2.0 look.
  40.  
  41.        - If you want to delete a "Trashcan" from Workbench, drag it on
  42.          DefaultIcon. It will then be converted into a drawer, which you
  43.          can delete like any other drawers.
  44.  
  45.        - You should set the default tool of your xxx_def.info files to the
  46.          appropriate program. For text files you can use "More", for IFF
  47.          pictures you can use "ShowIFF".
